We are the bridge between the impossible and the possible, between challenges and solutions, between the present and the future.

We are the Arc Academy of Innovation.

Our story began with a little boy’s dream. From a very young age, our eldest son knew he wanted to be an inventor and an entrepreneur.  From his earliest days in kindergarten, he loved collecting random materials (that we considered as trash) and transforming them into creative and beautiful projects. A natural maker, he was always building, experimenting, and imagining. Our home was often filled with overflowing “inventor’s supplies,” waiting to be given new life.

Most of us don’t discover what we really want to do for life until university or even after we begin working. With our son, we realized there was no need to wait—he already knew what he wanted to pursue. That realization led us to ask: how can we best support him and help him begin his journey now?

As we searched for ways to nurture his inventive spirit and entrepreneurial drive, we discovered the FIRST Robotics Competition. It was the perfect fit—combining technical problem-solving with teamwork and business leadership. Together with passionate learners, dedicated mentors, and supportive families, we launched our own FRC team and founded Arc Academy of Innovation.

We focus on three areas:

  • Robotics competition — A high-energy, project-based environment where students build technical, teamwork, business and leadership skills.

  • Community outreach — Learners design and lead STEM/robotics workshops to serve the community, model love of learning, and spark a passion for innovation.

  • Social-impact projects — We choose meaningful problems, develop solutions we care about, and learn how to deliver them in the real world.

Through these efforts—and the vibrant community born from our shared vision— learners develop technical and entrepreneurial skills while growing in character, confidence, and life skills, equipping them to thrive in the real world and help shape a better future.
